加味麻杏石甘汤结合莫西沙星注射液治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效及安全性分析

摘    要:目的:探讨加味麻杏石甘汤结合莫西沙星注射液治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效及安全性。方法:选取45例于2018年2月-2019年11月期间我院治疗的社区获得性肺炎患者,采取随机数字表法分为A组(莫西沙星,23例)及B组(加味麻杏石甘汤+莫西沙星,22例),比较两组治疗总有效率,症状体征(发热、咳嗽咳痰、肺部啰音)恢复情况,血清炎症因子[降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、白细胞(White Blood Cell,WBC)]水平以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后B组总有效率显著高于A组(P<0.05);B组症状体征较A组恢复快(P<0.05);治疗后两组PCT、CRP、WBC水平较治疗前均显著下降,且B组下降程度更显著(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:加味麻杏石甘汤结合莫西沙星注射液治疗社区获得性肺炎治疗效果好,还能有效抑制炎症反应,且不良反应少,安全性高。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of the Maxing Shigan decoction(麻杏石甘汤)with moxifloxacin injection on community-acquired pneumonia.Methods:45 patients were divided into group A(23 cases,given moxifloxacin)and group B(22 cases,given the Maxing Shigan decoction plus moxifloxacin injection).Results:The total efficiency in group B was significantly higher than group A(P<0.05).The symptoms and signs in group B were recovered faster than group A(P<0.05).PCT,CRP and WBC levels were significantly lower than before treatment in two groups,and those in group B were lower than group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Maxing Shigan decoction with moxifloxacin injection was effective on community-acquired pneumonia,and can also effectively suppress the inflammatory reaction,with few adverse reactions and high safety.
