胃癌早期中医辨证分型与胃蛋白酶原表达水平的相关性研究

目的:研究胃癌早期中医辨证分型与血清胃蛋白酶原表达水平的相关性。方法:根据病例纳入与诊断标准,收集符合诊断标准的257例胃癌早期患者,分别进行中医辨证分型,探讨胃中医辨证分型与血清胃蛋白酶原表达水平的相关。结果:①早期胃癌中脾胃湿热证组所占的比例最高,脾胃亏虚证组所占的比例最低。②与脾胃湿热证组和肝胆不和证组相比,脾胃亏虚证组中的血清PG I水平显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脾胃湿热证组和肝胆不和证组的PG I/PGⅡ比值与脾胃亏虚证组进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③三组间血清PG I、PGⅡ、PG I/PGⅡ比值对比,与肝胆不和证组和脾胃亏虚证组比较,脾胃湿热证组出现几率增高(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌早期中医辨证分型与血清胃蛋白酶原表达水平存在一定的相关性。

A study on correlation between syndrome differentiation of TCM and the expression of pepsinogen levels in early gastric cancer

Objective:To study the correlation between syndrome differentiation of TCM and the expression of pepsinogen levels in early gastric cancer.Methods:257 patients with early gastric cancer were collected,the syndrome differentiation and classification of TCM were carried out respectively,to explore the relationship between syndrome differentiation of TCM and the expression of pepsinogen levels in early gastric cancer.Results In early gastric cancer,the proportion of the Peiwei Shire type(脾胃湿热证)is the highest;the proportion of the Peiwei Kuixu type(脾胃亏虚证)is the lowest.Compared with the Peiwei Shire type and the Gandan Buhe type(肝胆不和证),the serum PGI level in the Peiwei kuixu type was decreased significantly,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in ratio of PGⅠ/PGⅡbetween the Peiwei Shire type,the Gandan Buhe type and the Peiwei Kuixu type(P<0.05).Compared PGI、PGII、PGI/PGII among three groups,the incidence of the Peiwei Shire type was the highest(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between TCM syndrome differentiation and serum pepsinogen expression in early gastric cancer.
