腹部中药贴敷辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果观察

目的:分析腹部中药贴敷辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果观察。方法:纳入湖北六七二中西医结合骨科医院2016年6月-2018年6月收治的慢性盆腔炎患者80例,以"入院顺序奇偶性"分组,分对照组(接受常规西医治疗,40例)、研究组(在对照组基础上接受腹部中药贴敷治疗,40例),两组治疗周期均为4周,对比临床疗效、临床症状积分、复发率。结果:研究组临床总有效率95.00%(38/40)显著比对照组75.00%(30/40)高,P <0.05。研究组治疗后临床症状积分显著比对照组低,P <0.05。研究组复发率2.50%(1/40)显著比对照组22.50%(9/40)低,P <0.05。结论:腹部中药贴敷辅助治疗可显著改善慢性盆腔炎患者临床症状,降低复发率,疗效确切,值得借鉴。

Observation of the effect of abdominal Chinese medicine patch on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

Objective:To observe the effect of abdominal Chinese medicine patch on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:80 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were included and grouped according to the parity of admission order.The control group(40 cases)was treated with routine western medicine,and the study group(40 cases)was treated with abdominal Chinese medicine patch on the basis of the treatment of the control group,the treatment cycle of both groups was 4 weeks,and the clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score and recurrence rate were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the study group 95.00%(38/40)was significantly higher than that of the control group 75.00%(30/40),P<0.05.The clinical symptom score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group 2.50%(1/40)was significantly lower than that of the control group 22.50%(9/40),P<0.05.Conclusion:Adjunctive treatment of abdominal Chinese medicine patch can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and reduce the recurrence rate,it is effective and worthy of reference.
