血塞通软胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗老年慢性脑梗死的效果分析

目的:探讨血塞通软胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗老年慢性脑梗死的效果分析。方法:将2015年3月-2016年8月在深圳市罗湖区人民医院神经内科治疗的98例老年慢性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,在此基础上观察组采用血塞通软胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、颈动脉斑块情况、血脂水平变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.92%(47/49),明显高于对照组的79.59%(39/49)(P <0.05);观察组治疗后斑块大小、厚度、内-中膜厚度(Intima-media Thickness,IMT)均明显小于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后血清总胆固醇(Serum Total Cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(Triglyceride,TG)明显低于对照组,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High Density Liptein Cholesterol,HDL-C)明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:血塞通软胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗老年慢性脑梗死的效果显著,能有效改善血脂代谢,抗动脉粥样硬化,促进脑梗死病情的恢复,改善预后。

Analysis of the effect of Xuesaitong soft capsule combined with aspirin in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic cerebral infarction

Objective:To explore the clinical effect analysis of Xuesaitong soft capsule(血塞通软胶囊)combined with aspirin in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic cerebral infarction.Methods:98 elderly patients with chronic cerebral infarction treated in Department of Neurology from March 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine treatment.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Xuesaitong soft capsule combined with aspirin.The clinical efficacy,carotid plaque and blood lipid level of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.92%(47/49),which was significantly higher than that in the control group 79.59%(39/49),(P<0.05),the plaque size,thickness and IMT in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the TC,TG in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the HDL-C in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuesaitong soft capsule combined with aspirin is effective in the treatment of elderly chronic cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve blood lipid metabolism,anti-atherosclerosis,promote the recovery of cerebral infarction and improve the prognosis.
