中医综合护理干预结合利培酮对精神分裂症患者依从性的疗效观察

目的:分析精神分裂症患者应用利培酮联合中医综合护理对依从性效果影响.方法:选取2018年6月-2019年6月聊城市第四人民医院收治的80例精神分裂症患者的临床资料,随机分为两组,对照组40例行常规护理结合利培酮治疗,研究组40例行中医综合护理干预结合利培酮治疗,观察两组疗效和服药依从性情况.结果:研究组的总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的75.00%(30/40)(P<0.05);研究组服药依从率为90.00%(36/40),高于对照组的67.50%(27/40)(P<0.05).结论:精神分裂症患者应用利培酮联合中医综合护理效果显著,能提高患者的服药依从性,促使患者早日康复.

Observation on the curative effect of TCM comprehensive nursing intervention combined with risperidone on the compliance of patients with schizophrenia

Objective:To analyze the effect of TCM comprehensive nursing intervention combined with risperidone on the compliance of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Liaocheng Fourth People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in the control group received routine nursing combined with risperidone,and 40 patients in the study group received TCM comprehensive nursing intervention combined with risperidone treatment,the efficacy and medication compliance of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that of the control group 75.00%(30/40)(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the study group was 90.00%(36/40),which was higher than that of the control group 67.50%(27/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of risperidone combined with TCM comprehensive nursing intervention in schizophrenia is effective,which can improve the patient's medication compliance and prompt the patient to recover soon.
