摘    要:目的运用核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)代谢组学方法探讨左金丸干预大鼠胃热证的作用机制。方法采用辣椒煎液和无水乙醇灌胃建立大鼠胃热证模型。利用1H-NMR技术建立大鼠胃组织的代谢物谱图,分析左金丸(3.5 g·kg^-1)干预胃热证模型大鼠后,相关潜在生物标志物的变化。结果左金丸能对胃热证大鼠代谢紊乱产生有效的干预,并对8个与胃热证相关潜在生物标志物产生显著回调。结论左金丸干预胃热证的机制可能与调节能量代谢、氧化应激和炎症反应有关。

Abstract:Objective To classify the mechanism of Zuojin wan(ZJW) in the intervention of stomach heat syndrome(SH) by 1 H-NMR.Methods The SH models were established by gavage of decoction of pepper and absolute ethanol in rats.A proton nuclear magnetic resonance(1 H-NMR) based metabonomic approach was developed to profile SHrelated metabolic perturbation in stomach and to investigate the intervention effect of ZJW(3.5 g·kg^-1) in rats.Results The disturbed metabolic state associated with SH in rat could be restored by ZJW.Meanwhile,eight potential biomarkers related to SH in stomach were significantly reversed by administration of ZJW.Conclusion The current study demonstrated that ZJW exerted protective effect against SH in rats,the intervention effect of ZJW on SH may be relevant to the regulation of energy metabolism,oxidative stress and inflammatory response.
