健脾助运中药合推拿治疗小儿厌食症的疗效探究

目的:探讨健脾助运中药合推拿治疗小儿厌食症的疗效。方法:选择2016年1月-2019年1月治疗的小儿厌食症的患儿200例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(100例)和观察组(100例)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合健脾助运中药合推拿,治疗后对患儿治疗效果进行评估,比较两组食欲、食量、面色、腹部不适、精神心情、大便不调和患儿红细胞、血红蛋白、血锌、唾液淀粉酶评分。结果:两组患儿治疗前评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患儿食欲、食量、面色、腹部不适、精神心情、大便不调评分显著低于治疗前,观察组治疗后腹部不适、大便不调评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿红细胞、血红蛋白、血锌、唾液淀粉酶评分指标明显高于治疗前,且观察组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将健脾助运中药合推拿治疗用于小儿厌食症的效果好,有利于改善患儿的饮食习惯,增强食欲,有效改善临床不适,值得推广应用。

Efficacy of the Jianpi Zhuyun medicine plus massage on anorexia in children

Objective:To explore efficacy of the Jianpi Zhuyun medicine(健脾助运中药)plus massage on anorexia in children.Methods:200 children were divided into the control group(100 cases)and observation group(100 cases).The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given the Jianpi Zhuyun medicine plus massage more.Results:The appetite,complexion,abdominal discomfort,mental mood,and irregular stool scores in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment.Abdominal discomfort and irregular stool scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).The red blood cell,hemoglobin,blood zinc,and salivary amylase scores in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment.Those score in the observation group was higher than the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The Jianpi Zhuyun medicine plus massage on anorexia in children was effective,is beneficial to improve eating habits,enhance appetite,effectively improve clinical discomfort in children,and is worthy of popularization and application.
