| 摘 要： | 生物活性多肽是小分子活性物质的最大家系,是维持人体内环境的重要组成部分,参与多种慢性疾病发生发展。中药在治疗大多数慢性疾病中效果良好,可以通过调控不同的生物活性多肽治疗多种慢性疾病。该文综述了中药调节相关疾病中尾加压素Ⅱ、胃饥饿素、血管紧张素Ⅱ、脑型钠尿肽、瘦素等生物活性多肽的研究进展,为中药防治慢性疾病研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Being important in maintaining human body environment and involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of chronic diseases, bioactive peptides are the most important family of the active small molecules.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has good effect on treating most chronic diseases, which can participate in treatment of many chronic diseases by regulating different bioactive peptides. This paper mainly introduces the research progress of TCM in the treatment of related diseases by regulating bioactive peptides such as Urotensin Ⅱ,ghrelin,angiotensin Ⅱ,brain natriuretic peptide,leptin,to provide reference for the research of TCM prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. |
