电子输尿管软镜与微创经皮肾镜碎石术治疗肾结石的疗效对比分析

摘    要:目的:比较电子输尿管软镜与微创经皮肾镜碎石术治疗肾结石的临床效果。方法:对象为300例肾结石患者,患者就诊时间段为2016年2月-2019年2月,患者中的150例纳入观察组实施电子输尿管软镜术治疗,另外150例纳入对照组实施微创经皮肾镜碎石术治疗,比较手术指标、临床解释清除疗效和并发症发生率。结果:观察组的术中出血量少与对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的结石一次清除率与对照组比较无差异(P>0.05),并发症显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对肾结石患者实施电子输尿管软镜治疗,效果更加优于微创经皮肾镜碎石术,能缩短住院时间,降低术中出血合并症,保证一次碎石清除率,具有积极的推广价值。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the clinical effects of electronic flexible ureteroscope and minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods:300 patients with renal calculi were enrolled in the study group.From February 2016 to February 2019,150 patients were enrolled in the observation group.Another 150 patients were enrolled in the control group and treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Results:The amount of bleeding during operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the length of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the stone clearance rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),and the complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electronic flexible ureteroscope is more effective than minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of renal calculi.It can shorten hospital stay,reduce intraoperative bleeding and complications,and ensure the clearance rate of primary lithotripsy.
