加味补肾健骨汤配合华佗五禽戏治疗原发骨质疏松症的临床研究

目的:探讨分析加味补肾健骨汤配合华佗五禽戏治疗原发骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法:选取百色市人民医院2017年2月-2018年6月收治的120例原发骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同,等分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予加味补肾健骨汤配合华佗五禽戏治疗。对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者骨密度值、中医证候积分、疼痛评分(VAS)对比,无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后1、2、3个月,观察组骨密度值高于对照组,中医证候积分、疼痛评分均低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:对原发性骨质疏松症患者给予加味补肾健骨汤配合华佗五禽戏治疗,缓解了患者的疼痛现象,提高了临床治疗效果,具有极高的临床应用和推广价值。

Clinical study of modified Bushen Jiangu Decoction combined with Huatuo Wuqinxi in the treatment of primary osteoporosis

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Bushen Jiangu Decoction(补肾健骨汤)combined with Huatuo Wuqinxi(华佗五禽戏)in the treatment of primary osteoporosis.Methods:120 patients with primary osteoporosis admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with modified Bushen Jiangu Decoction combined with Huatuo Wuqinxi.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Before treatment,BMD,TCM syndrome score and pain score(VAS)of the two groups were compared,the difference was of no statistical significance(P>0.05).1,2 and 3 months after treatment,BMD of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while TCM syndrome score and pain score were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with primary osteoporosis,the treatment of modified Bushen Jiangu Decoction combined with Huatuo Wuqinxi alleviates the pain phenomenon of patients,improves the clinical treatment effect,and it has extremely high clinical application and promotion value.
