乌灵胶囊联合艾司唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑症失眠的疗效观察

目的:探讨乌灵胶囊联合艾司唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑症失眠的临床效果。方法:选取2017年7月-2019年1月我院收治的广泛性焦虑症失眠患者95例为研究对象,按数字表法随机分为对照组(48例)和研究组(47例)。对照组给予艾司唑仑治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予乌灵胶囊治疗,疗程为4周。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者的焦虑症状、睡眠质量及生活质量变化,观察并比较治疗期间患者的不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组的临床总有效率为89.36%,高于对照组的72.92%(P<0.05);治疗2周后及治疗4周后两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)评分及匹兹堡眨眼质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分均低于治疗前,研究组治疗2周后及治疗4周后均低于同时间点的对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周后两组生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乌灵胶囊联合艾司唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑症失眠的疗效确切,可明显改善患者的焦虑症状,提高睡眠质量及生活质量,不良反应低,安全性高,临床上可进一步推广。

Observation on treating generalized anxiety disorder insomnia with the Wuling capsule plus estazolam

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the Wuling capsule(乌灵胶囊)plus estazolam on generalized anxiety disorder insomnia.Methods:95 cases were randomly divided into the control group(48 cases)and the study group(47 cases).The control group was treated with estazolam.The study group was treated with the Wuling capsule more.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared.The anxiety symptoms,sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The adverse reactions of patients during treatment were observed and compared.Results:The total clinical efficiency in the study group was 89.36%,which was higher than 72.92%in the control group(P<0.05).The HAMA and PSQI scores in the two groups at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were lower than those before treatment.The study group at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment was lower than the control group at the same time point(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the two groups at 4 weeks after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Wuling capsule plus estazolam is effective in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder insomnia.It can significantly improve the anxiety symptoms,sleep quality and quality of life of patients with generalized anxiety disorder,it has low adverse reactions and high safety.It can be further promoted in clinical practice.
