手法整复小夹板中立板外固定治疗儿童尺桡骨远端“背靠背”骨折临床观察

目的观察手法整复小夹板中立板外固定治疗儿童尺桡骨远端“背靠背”骨折的临床疗效。方法对收治的131例儿童尺桡骨远端“背靠背”骨折患者进行随访观察,均采用手法整复小夹板中立板外固定,根据Dienst腕关节功能评估标准评定。结果本组病例131例,随访6~12个月,中位数9个月,根据Dienst腕关节功能评估标准,本组病例131例,优97例,占74.05%;良31例,占23.67%,可3例,占2.29%;差0例。结论采用手法整复小夹板中立板外固定治疗儿童尺桡骨远端“背靠背”骨折,并进行正确的功能锻炼,可取得满意疗效。

Clinical Observation on Manual Reduction and External Fixation of Small Splint and Neutral Splint on"Back to Back"Fracture of Distal Radius and Ulna in Children

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of manual reduction and external fixation of small splint and neutral splint on"back to back"fracture of distal radius and ulna in children.Methods:A total of 131 children with"back-to-back"fracture of distal radius and ulna were followed up.All patients were treated with manual reduction and external fixation of small splint and neutral splint.Dienst wrist function evaluation standard was used to evaluate.Results:A total of 131 cases were followed up for 6~12 months with a median of 9 months.According to the Dienst wrist function evaluation standard,97 cases(74.05%)were excellent,31 cases(23.67%)good,3 cases(2.293%)fair and 0 cases poor in 131 cases.Conclusion:The treatment of"back-to-back"fracture of distal radius and ulna in children with manual reduction and external fixation of small splint and neutral splint and correct functional exercise can achieve satisfactory results.
