复合针刺治疗中风后上肢痉挛的临床观察

目的观察复合针刺法治疗中风后上肢痉挛的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法 60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组进行常规康复治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用复合针刺法,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率90.00%,高于对照组的73.33%(P <0.05)。两组经治疗后的上肢运动功能评分与治疗前比较均改善(均P <0.05);且治疗组治疗后的上肢运动功能评分均优于对照组同期,以治疗20 d、30 d后较为明显(均P <0.05)。两组经治疗后Barthel指数评分与治疗前比较均改善(均P <0.05);且治疗组治疗后的Barthel指数评分均优于对照组同期,以治疗20 d、30 d后较为明显(均P <0.05)。结论复合针刺法治疗中风后上肢痉挛效果显著。

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Upper Limb Spasm after Apoplexy by Compound Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of compound acupuncture on upper limb spasm after stroke and explore its mechanism. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 cases in each. The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment,while the treatment group was given compound acupuncture on that basis. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,higher than 73.33% of the control group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in motor function score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05). After treatment,the upper limb motor function scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(all P < 0.05),and the upper limb motor function scores of the treatment group after treatment were better than those of the control group;those in 20 days and 30 days after treatment were more obvious(all P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in Barthel index score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05). After treatment,Barthel index scores of both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(all P < 0.05);those in 20 days and 30 days after treatment were more obvious(all P < 0.05). Conclusion:Compound acupuncture is effective on upper limb spasm after stroke.
