青蒿鳖甲汤治疗骨科术后阴虚发热的临床效果观察

目的:探讨青蒿鳖甲汤治疗骨科术后阴虚发热的临床效果。方法:本组研究纳入我院收治的骨科术后阴虚发热的120例患者,病例资料的入选时间自2017年6月-2019年2月,按照随机数字表法将所有研究对象分成两组。对照组60例患者采用常规药物治疗;研究组60例患者采用青蒿鳖甲汤治疗。观察两组的退热起效时间、退热持续时间;对比治疗前后两组的中医症状评分,并据此评估两组的疗效。结果:研究组患者的退热起效时间短于对照组,但其退热持续时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的失眠多梦、心烦盗汗、五心发热、发热等症状积分比治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),并且研究组患者治疗后的以上症状积分比对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。研究组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组患者的总有效率(P<0.05)。治疗前及治疗后3 h、12 h,两组患者的体温水平相比较无明显的差异性(P>0.05)。但治疗后24 h、48 h、72 h,研究组患者的体温水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且有逐渐降低的趋势。结论:青蒿鳖甲汤治疗骨科术后阴虚发热疗效显著,能够有效改善患者的肾阴虚症状,且退热效果持久,在临床有积极的推广意义。

Clinical observation on treating fever of Yinxu after orthopedic surgery with the Qinghao Biejia decoction

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the Qinghao Biejia decoction(青蒿鳖甲汤)on fever of Yinxu(阴虚)after orthopedic surgery.Methods:120 patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method,60 patients in each.The control group was treated with conventional medicines,the study group was treated with the Qinghao Biejia decoction.The antipyretic onset time and duration of antipyretic in groups was observed,the TCM symptom scores in groups before and after treatment was compared,and the efficacy in groups was evaluated.Results:The antipyretic onset time in the study group was shorter than the control group,the duration of antipyretic effect was significantly longer than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the above symptom scores in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment and at 3 h and 12 h after treatment,there was no significant difference in body temperature between groups(P>0.05).At 24 h,48 h and 72 h after treatment,the body temperature in the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),it was gradually decreased.Concusion:The Qinghao Biejia decoction shows a significant curative and long-lasting effect on fever of Yinxu after orthopedic surgery,can effectively improve Shenyinxu symptoms,is worth popularizing.
