| 摘 要： | 孙丽平认为小儿"肺脾肾常不足",且"脏腑薄,肌肤嫩,易感外邪",导致小儿"内有痰、外感邪"的病理状态是小儿肺系疾病啰音产生的主要原因。临床治疗小儿肺系疾病从啰音入手,重在"疗痰",并结合病情辨证加减。对于啰音难消、顽痰难除的患儿根据其体质佐以活血、温阳、固肾等法以提高疗效,缩短病程。

| Abstract: | Professor SUN Liping believes that"lung,spleen and kidney is often insufficient"and"the viscera are thin,the skin is tender and susceptible to external pathogens"leads to phlegm and exogenous pathogens of pathological state of children,which is the main cause of rale production in pediatric pulmonary diseases.In clinical treatment of pediatric lung diseases starting with rales,focus on expelling phlegm,and dialectical addition and subtraction combined with the condition of the child.For the children whose rales are difficult to be dispelled and phlegm is difficult to eliminate,the treatment of activating blood circulation,warming yang and strengthening the kidney is often used according to their physique to improve the curative effect and shorten the course of disease. |
