基于肠道菌群探讨黄连温胆汤治疗原发性高血压作用机制

肠道菌群参与宿主能量代谢,调节机体免疫,构成人体肠道的生物学屏障。近年来,通过对肠道菌群与高血压病的相关性研究发现,肠道菌群在高血压病的发生发展过程中起着重要的作用。基于肠道菌群理论,黄连温胆汤可通过抑制炎性因子释放、修复胰岛素信号通路、改善血管内皮功能、抑制氧化应激及血管炎性状态、抑制基质金属蛋白酶及调控脑—肠—微生态轴等机制来调节血压。基于肠道菌群理论,对黄连温胆汤治疗原发性高血压病作用机制进行综述,为中医药通过调节肠道菌群及其代谢产物治疗高血压疾病提供新思路。

Based on the Gut Microbiota to Discuss Huanglian Wendan Decoction in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension

Intestinal flora participates in host energy metabolism,regulates body immunity,and constitutes a biological barrier to the human intestinal tract.In recent years,through the study of the correlation between intestinal fl ora and hypertension,it is found that the intestinal fl ora plays an important role in the occurrence and development of hypertension.Based on the theory of intestinal flora,Huanglian Wendan decoction can inhibit the release of infl ammatory factors,repair insulin signaling pathway,improve vascular endothelial function,inhibit oxidative stress and vasculitic state,inhibit matrix metalloproteinases and regulate brain-intestinal-microecological axis mechanisms such as the ecological axis regulate blood pressure.Based on the theory of intestinal fl ora.This paper reviews the mechanism of Huanglian Wendan decoction in the treatment of essential hypertension,aiming to provide new ideas for the treatment of hypertension by regulating intestinal fl ora and its metabolites.
