观察三字经派小儿推拿治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效

目的:针对小儿厌食症患者,观察三字经派小儿推拿治疗的临床效果。方法:将2017年1月-2018年12月这个时间段作为取材区间,总计选取小儿厌食症患儿206例,根据患儿的入院顺序将其平均分为两组,入院较早的103例患儿为对照组并接受常规西药治疗,入院较晚的103例患儿为观察组,给予患儿三字经派小儿推拿治疗,对比两种治疗方法下患儿中医证候积分改善情况、临床疗效以及患儿家属对治疗工作的满意情况,综合分析三字经派小儿推拿治疗的应用效果。结果:(1)治疗工作开展前研究选取两组患儿的中医证候积分比较无显著差异(P>0.05),疗程结束后观察组内患儿的中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗前研究选取两组患儿的实验室检查结果比较无显著差异(P>0.05)疗程结束后观察组内患儿的实验室检查结果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)观察内患儿的治疗效果与对照组比较具有明显优势(P<0.05),治愈时间与对照组比较明显较少(P<0.05)。(4)患儿及其家属对观察组内治疗方法的满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于小儿厌食症患者,临床应用三字经派小儿推拿治疗,临床疗效高,治疗操作简单,对于改善患儿厌食症状、缩短治疗时间具有重要意义,应用效果得到患儿及其家属的广泛认可,适宜推广使用。

Clinical efficacy of massage in Sanzijing Pai on anorexia in children

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of efficacy of massage in Sanzijing Pai(三字经派)on anorexia in children.Methods:103 children who were admitted to the hospital earlier were selected as the control group and receive conventional western medicine.103 children who were admitted to the hospital later were observed as the observation group,and were given massage in Sanzijing Pai.Results:The TCM score of children in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Indexes of laboratory examination in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Efficiency in the observation was better than the control group(P<0.05),and the healing time was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the children and their families in the observation group was significantly better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage in Sanzijing Pai on anorexia in children was effective,can improve symptoms and shorten course,with convenience and higher satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion.
