| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨针刺耳穴贴压治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法:以90例患者为对象,就诊时间段为2016年6月-2018年11月,按照临床治疗方法不同,将其中的45例患者纳入对照组实施常规西医治疗,另外45例患者纳入观察组,给予患者针刺耳穴贴治疗,比较患者临床疗效和中医证候积分评分水平。结果:观察组患临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后的症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺耳穴贴用于治疗功能性消化不良,能明显提升临床效果,缓解患者症状,效果理想,具有积极的推广价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture with point-application on functional dyspepsia.Methods:90 patients were treated from June 2016 to November 2018.45 cases in the control group were given routine western medicine.Another 45 patients in the observation group were given acupuncture with point-application.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the symptom score in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture with point-application was effective,and can relieve the symptoms. |
