| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨临床收治阳虚寒凝型膝痹病患者予以中药熏蒸治疗的临床疗效。方法:针对2018年3月-2019年3月至我院就诊的68例阳虚寒凝型膝痹病患者展开研究,随机分为对照组(34例,给予大盐袋热敷联合双氯芬酸钠缓释片)和观察组(34例,给予中药熏蒸),并比较两组临床疗效及关节滑液炎性因子水平。结果:经治疗,观察组总有效率高于对照组,且白细胞介素-1(Interleukin,IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor,TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸方治疗阳虚寒凝型膝痹病患者,可切实提高其临床疗效,抑制关节滑液中炎性因子表达,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the TCM fumigation on knee arthralgia of the Yangxu Hanning type(阳虚寒凝型).Methods:68 cases were divided into two groups,34 cases in each.The control group was given hot salt pack plus diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets;and the observation group was given the TCM fumigation.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group,and levels of IL-1 and TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group,P﹤0.05.Conclusion:The TCM fumigation on knee arthralgia of the Yangxu Hanning type shows good effects,can inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors in synovial fluid,and is worthy of promotion. |
