活血潜阳祛痰方对肥胖高血压大鼠心肌肥厚相关指标的影响

目的研究活血潜阳祛痰方对肥胖高血压大鼠心肌肥厚相关指标的影响。方法雄性SHR随机分为普通饲料组(高血压组)12只、高脂饲料组108只,后者制备肥胖高血压大鼠模型,12只普通饲料组WKY(正常血压组)做对照。10周后,造模成功的肥胖高血压大鼠随机分为模型组、缬沙坦组及活血潜阳祛痰方组。灌胃10周后行心超检测、测定心脏质量指数、血清AngⅡ及氧化应激水平。结果治疗后,与模型组相比,活血潜阳祛痰方组的LVM、IVSd、LVPWd、HW/BW值均降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);活血潜阳祛痰方组的AngⅡ水平低于模型组(P<0.05);活血潜阳祛痰方组的MDA值低于模型组(P<0.01)且CAT、Mn-SOD值高于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论活血潜阳祛痰方可改善肥胖高血压大鼠心肌肥厚,其机制可能与降低循环AngⅡ及抑制氧化应激水平升高有关。

Eff ect of Huoxue Qianyang Qutan Recipe on Myocardial Hypertrophy in Obese Hypertensive Rats

Objective To study the eff ect of Huoxue Qianyang Qutan Recipe on myocardial hypertrophy in obese hypertensive rats.Methods Male SHR were randomly divided into normal diet group(hypertension group,n=12)and high fat diet group(n=108).The latter was used to induce obese hypertensive rat model,and 12 normal-diet WKY(normal blood pressure group,n=12)were used as control.After 10 weeks,the obese hypertensive rats were randomly divided into model group,valsartan group and Huoxue Qianyang Qutan Recipe group.After 10 weeks of intragastric administration,echocardiography was performed,heart mass index,serum level of AngⅡand oxidative stress were measured.Results After treatment,the levels of LVM,IVSd,LVPWd and HW/BW in Huoxue Qianyang Qutan Recipe group were lower than those in the model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The serum level of AngⅡin Huoxue Qianyang Qutan Recipe group was lower than that in the model group(P<0.05).The level of MDA in Huoxue Qianyang Qutan Recipe group was lower than that in the model group(P<0.01)while the levels of CAT and Mn-SOD were higher(P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Huoxue Qianyang Qutan Recipe could improve myocardial hypertrophy in obesehypertensive rats which mechanisms might be related to reducing the level of circulating Ang Ⅱ and inhibitingoxidative stress.
