中医综合治疗与护理治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察56例

目的:观察中医综合治疗与护理治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:择取2017年12月-2018年12月于日照市中医医院收治的56例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法,将其划分成对照组与试验组,各28例。对照组进行西药静滴配合常规护理,试验组实施中医综合治疗与护理,在此基础上,比较两组的治疗总有效率与复发率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率96.43%(27/28)明显高于对照组82.14%(23/28),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组复发率7.14%(2/28)显著低于对照组17.86%(5/28),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合治疗与护理治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果显著,复发率较低,患者身心状态优良,因此,此种治疗与护理方法应在临床中被广泛推广,使患者尽快恢复到正常的生活模式中。

Clinical observation of TCM comprehensive treatment and nursing in treating 56 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of TCM comprehensive treatment and nursing treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:56 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine static drop combined with conventional nursing,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment and nursing.The treatment efficiency and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate 96.43%(27/28)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group 82.14%(23/28),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate 7.14%(2/28)in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group 17.86%(5/28),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment and nursing treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has significant clinical effect,the recurrence rate is low,the patient's physical and mental state is good,therefore,this kind of treatment and nursing method should be widely promoted in clinical,which helps the patient recover as soon as possible and return to the normal life mode.
