针灸结合中医定向对颈椎病患者疼痛及生活质量的影响

目的:观察针灸结合中医定向对颈椎病患者疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年12月于我院治疗的110例颈椎病患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,各55例。对照组患者使用针灸治疗,研究组患者使用针灸结合中医定向治疗。记录两组患者临床疗效,观察治疗前、治疗2周后两组患者疼痛程度采用视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)]、中医证候(头痛、眩晕、肢体麻木、恶心呕吐)积分、及生活质量采用世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表(World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale,WHOQOL-BREF)]评分差异。结果:研究组患者临床总有效率高于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组患者VAS评分、中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P均<0.05);两组患者生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:针灸结合中医定向治疗颈椎病患者疗效显著,能有效改善患者临床症状及生活质量,降低患者颈椎疼痛程度。

Efficacy of acupuncture plus TCM directed therapy on pain and quality of life in patients with cervical spondylosis

Objective:To observe the effects of acupuncture plus TCM directed therapy on pain and quality of life in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods:110 patients were divided into the study group and control group according to the random number table method,55 cases in each.The control group was treated by acupuncture,and the study group was treated by acupuncture plus TCM directed therapy.The clinical efficacy in groups was recorded,and the VAS,TCM syndrome(headache,dizziness,limb numbness,nausea and vomiting)scores and quality of life score before and after treatment in weeks were observed.Results:The total efficiency in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS score and TCM syndrome score in groups were lower than before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P﹤0.05).The quality of life scores in groups were higher than before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture plus TCM directed therapy on cervical spondylosis shows a significant curative effect,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life,and reduce the degree of cervical pain.
