防风解热合剂对胃液分泌、胃排空及肠蠕动影响的实验研究

目的探讨防风解热合剂健胃消食的药理作用,为扩大该药临床应用提供实验依据。方法采用胃液离心常规方法测定大鼠胃液量;采用滴定法测定大鼠胃液游离酸、总酸度;采用胃蛋白酶试剂盒测定大鼠胃液上清中胃蛋白酶活性;测定墨汁推进率以观察小鼠肠蠕动能力;采用比色法测定甲基橙残留率以观察小鼠胃排空能力。结果与对照组比较,防风解热合剂高剂量组可显著升高大鼠胃中总酸水平、胃蛋白酶活性(P<0.01),对胃液量、游离酸的作用不明显(P>0.05);显著增加小鼠墨汁推进率(P<0.01);显著降低小鼠胃甲基橙残留率(P<0.01)。防风解热合剂中、低剂量组可显著升高小鼠墨汁推进率(P<0.05),对大鼠胃液量、游离酸、总酸、胃蛋白酶活性及小鼠胃甲基橙残留率的作用均不明显(P>0.05)。结论防风解热合剂能够促进消化和胃排空,具有一定的健胃消食的作用,为临床防治支气管炎并发消化不良症提供实验依据。

Effects of Fangfeng Jiere Mixture on Gastric Juice Secretion,Gastric Emptying and Intestinal Peristalsis

Objective:To explore the pharmacological effect of promoting digestion in Fangfeng Jiere Mixture(FJM)on and to provide experimental basis for rational clinical use of drugs.Methods:Some indicators were detected,such as the amount of gastric juice in rats was determined by gastric juice centrifugation,the determination of free acid and total acidity in rat gastric juice by titration,the determination of the activity of pepsin in the gastric juice of rats by using pepsin kit,the determination of ink propulsion rate to observe intestinal peristalsis in mice;The residual rate of methyl orange was determined by colorimetric method to observe the gastric emptying ability of mice.Results:Compared with the control group,Fangfeng Jiere Mixture high dose group could significantly increase the total acid level and pepsin activity in the stomach(P<0.05),but it had no significant effect on gastric juice volume and free acid(P>0.05).Fangfeng Jiere Mixture can significantly increased the ink propulsion rate(P<0.01),and significantly decreased the residual rate of methyl orange in mouse stomach(P<0.05).In Fangfeng Jiere Mixture,rats in low dose group could significantly increase the ink propulsion rate(P<0.05),but it had no significant effect on gastric juice volume,free acid,total acid,pepsin activity and residual rate of mouse gastric methyl orange(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fangfeng Jiere Mixture can promote digestion and gastric emptying.It provides experimental basis for clinical prevention and treatment of bronchitis complicated with dyspepsia.
