针刺阳陵泉穴脑功能磁共振成像研究进展

搜集并总结针刺阳陵泉穴脑功能磁共振成像(fMRI)研究的文献,发现目前研究内容主要集中在:1)不同针刺深度、生理状态等因素对针刺阳陵泉穴激活脑区的影响;2)针刺阳陵泉穴所激活脑区的特异性;3)阳陵泉穴与其他穴位配伍所激活脑区的差异对比。通过对研究结果的分析可以看出,针刺阳陵泉穴可激活特定的脑区,如双侧颞上回、双侧中央前回等及双侧眶回、右侧颞下回等区,从而起到疏肝利胆、舒筋活络的功效,在治疗胆系疾病及中风等病症中具有积极有效的作用。

Research Progress on fMRI Image of Needling GB34

The related literatures on fMRI image of needling Yanglingquan(GB34)were collected and reviewed.It found that the contents were mainly concentrated in needling GB34 to activate brain areas was affected by the different factors,such as different acupuncture depth and physiological state;the contents were also about and the specificity of activated brain area by needling GB34 and the comparison of activated brain areas by needling acupuncture GB34 alone and in combination.Needling GB34 can activate specific brain areas,such as bilateral superior temporal gyrus,bilateral anterior central gyrus,bilateral orbital gyrus and right inferior temporal gyrus,so as to soothe Liver and Gallbladder,relax tendons and activating collaterals,which plays an active and effective role in the treatment of biliary diseases and stroke.
