慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者应用喘可治注射液穴位注射治疗配合护理健康教育的临床观察

目的:研究观察喘可治注射液穴位注射治疗配合护理健康教育用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases, COPD)患者临床中的效果。方法:选择我院2018年1-12月收治的461例COPD患者,将其分成实验组和对照组,实验组有428例,采用喘可治并配合护理健康教育干预措施,对照组有33例,采用常规性的药物治疗法。结果:治疗前两组氧分压、二氧化碳分压比较没有显著差异,P> 0.05。治疗后实验组氧分压、二氧化碳分压优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。实验组肺功能指标明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P <0.05;实验组疗效相比于对照组优势显著,差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。治疗前两组患者中医证候积分对比无显著差异,P> 0.05。治疗后,实验组中医证候积分明显低于对照组,经过t值检验后,组间对比差异存在统计学意义,P <0.05。结论:对于COPD患者临床治疗中,给予喘可治注射液穴位注射治疗配合护理健康教育干预措施,可有效地改善患者肺功能指标,提高临床护理服务满意度,使患者尽早康复,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Observation on treating COPD by acupoint injection and nursing health education

Objective:To study the clinical effects of acupoint injection with the Chuankezhi injection(喘可治注射液)with nursing health education on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:461 patients with COPD treated in our hospital from January,2018 to December,2018 were selected and divided into the experimental group and control group.428 patients in the experimental group were treated with the Chuankezhi injection with nursing health education.33 cases in the control group took conventional medicine.Results:After treatment,the values of partial pressure of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, P﹤0.05. The lung function index in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, P﹤0.05. The efficiencyin the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, P﹤0.05. TCM syndrome score in the experimental group wassignificantly lower than the control group, P﹤0.05. Conclusion: Acupoint injection with the Chuankezhi injection with nursing healtheducation intervention can effectively improve lung function indicators and clinical nursing service satisfaction, and enable patients torecover as soon as possible.
