邵铭教授治疗乙肝肝纤维化的经验浅析

肝纤维化主要是由慢性肝病患者的病情逐渐恶化而形成的,如果得不到有效治疗,病情将逐步发展到肝硬化,甚至是肝癌,最终导致患者死亡。本文通过对病因病机,中医理论的整体概念、治疗未病思想及中西医治疗研究等方面的分析研究,来体现运用活血化瘀、清利湿热法对肝纤维化的肝郁脾虚、湿热证、瘀血证的治疗优势。

Experience of Professor Shao Ming in treating hepatitis B fibrosis

Liver fibrosis is mainly caused by the progressive deterioration of patients with chronic liver disease.Without effective treatment,the disease will gradually develop to cirrhosis,even liver cancer,eventually leading to death.Through the analysis and research on the etiology and pathogenesis,the overall concept of TCM theory,the thought of treatment in the foture,and the treatment of the integrative medicine,the therapeutic advantages of Huoxue Huayu(活血化瘀),Qingli Shire(清利湿热)in treating liver fibrosis of the Ganyu Pixu(肝郁脾虚),Shire(湿热)and Yuxue(瘀血)syndrome were reflected.
