真厥阴病的形成及其证治规律探讨

《伤寒论》厥阴病篇历来为医家争论的焦点,篇中条文所述证候寒热杂错繁复,其意难明,故而成"千古疑案"。本文以《伤寒论》厥阴病篇原文为基准,将厥阴病分为真厥阴和类厥阴,探讨真厥阴病的形成及其证治规律。厥阴病历来被认为是六经传变之末,而真厥阴病为阴阳离脱隔绝的终末状态,真厥阴病又包含真寒厥和真热厥两个不同证候,其治法迥异,如若反治、误治则病笃危殆。因而临床上欲以仲景法度治疗危急重症,研究真厥阴病的形成及其证治规律则为不可或缺的一部分。

Discussion on the Formation and Regularity of Diagnosis and Treatment of True-jueyin Disease

Jueyin disease chapter of Treatise on Febrile Diseases has been the focus of debates among doctors.The clauses in Jueyin disease chapter describe several types of syndromes including"cold","heat",and"intermingled heat and cold",difficult to understand its meaning,and it is made"eternal mystery".Based on original text of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,this article divides Jueyin disease into true-jueyin disease and false-jueyin disease,and explores the formation and the rule of syndrome and treatment of true-jueyin disease.Jueyin disease has always been regraded as the end of six meridians transmission,and the true-jueyin disease is the terminal state of Yin and Yang separation.True-jueyin disease contains two different syndromes:true-cold-jueyin syndrome and true-heat-jueyin syndrome.Treatment of the above two syndromes are completely different.If mistreated,it will be dangerous.Therefore,the study on the formation and regularity of diagnosis and treatment of true-jueyin disease is an indispensable part in program of method,discovered by Zhang Zhongjing to treat critically ill patients.
