手法推拿联合针灸治疗老年颈性眩晕的效果及对椎-基底动脉血流动力学的影响

目的:探讨手法推拿联合针灸治疗老年颈性眩晕的效果及对椎-基底动脉血流动力学的影响。方法:研究样本选自2018年5月-2019年5月,研究人员选取132名符合入组以及排除标准的患者,将患者分为对照组以及研究组,分组应按照科学、合理、随机的标准,两组均有67例患者,对照组患者按照研究要求,接受常规治疗,研究组患者接受手法推拿联合针灸治疗,两组患者分别接受不同的治疗,评估患者的临床效果,对比两组患者的观察指标,如椎-基底动脉血流动力学数据、国际DHI眩晕障碍评分、欧洲晕眩评分。结果:治疗前,椎-基底动脉血流动力学数据、国际DHI眩晕障碍评分、欧洲晕眩评分,研究组与对照组患者无差异;治疗后,基底动脉、左侧椎动脉、右侧椎动脉,研究组高于对照组患者,国际DHI眩晕障碍评分、欧洲晕眩评分,研究组低于对照组,两组患者的组间数据对比,表明本次研究具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手法推拿联合针灸治疗老年颈性眩晕,对其椎-基底动脉血流动力学具有改善作用,能够改善患者的晕眩症状,促进疾病的好转,该研究结果证实了值得在临床上进行推广。

Efficacy of massage plus acupuncture on senile cervical vertigo and its influence on hemodynamics of vertebrobasilar artery

Objective: To explore the effect of massage plus acupuncture on senile cervical vertigo and its influence on hemodynamics of vertebrobasilar artery. Methods: 132 patients were divided into the control group and the study group, 67 patients in groups. The control group received routine treatment, the study group was treated by massage plus acupuncture. The clinical effect and the observation indicatorss, such as vertebral basilar artery hemodynamics data, international DHI vertigo disorder score, European vertigo score were evaluated and compared in groups. Results: Before treatment, there was no difference between groups in terms of vertigo data, international DHI vertigo disorder score and European vertigo score. After treatment, the basilar artery, left vertebral artery and right vertebral artery in the study group were higher than those in the control group. The international DHI vertigo disorder score and European vertigo score in the study group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significanct differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: Massage plus acupuncture can improve the vertebrobasilar artery hemodynamics and vertigo symptoms, promote the improvement of disease, is worth popularizing.
