腹腔镜联合中药疏通汤三联外治法治疗输卵管炎性不孕症疗效分析

目的:对腹腔镜联合中药疏通汤三联外治法治疗输卵管炎性不孕症的疗效分进行临床观察析。方法:选择2018年1-6月期间于我院接受输卵管性不孕症治疗的患者为研究对象,在符合纳入与排除标准的患者中随机选择100例纳为本次的研究对象,以挂号先后顺序作为分组依据,分设为各50例的治疗组和对照组。两组均接受相同的腹腔镜手术治疗,同时予以治疗组中药疏通汤三联外治法开展联合治疗,对比分析两种治疗方案的临床效果。结果:比较两组经过治疗后的输卵管疏通情况,治疗组患者远优于对照组;治疗组、对照组患者术后6个月治愈率(成功妊娠)分别为50.0%(25/50)、28.0%(14/50),异位妊娠患者例数分别为1例、4例;术后6个月治愈率(成功妊娠)分别为66.0%(33/50)、42.0%(21/50),异位妊娠患者例数分别为2例、5例,各项指标比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:腹腔镜联合中药疏通汤三联外治法治疗输卵管炎性不孕症的疗效优于单纯腹腔镜手术治疗,是针对输卵管炎性不孕症值得推广的治疗方法。

Efficacy of laparoscope plus triple therapy on barrenness from salpingitis

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy with triple therapy on barrenness from salpingitis.Methods:100 patients were divided into the treatment group and control group,50 cases in each.Both groups received the laparoscopic surgery,while the treatment group was given triple therapy more.Results:Tubal dredging in the treatment group was better than the control group.The cure rate(successful pregnancy)at 6 months after operation in the treatment group and control group were 50.0%(25/50)and 28.0%(14/50),respectively.The number of patients was one case and 4 cases.The cure rates(successful pregnancy)at 6 months after operation were 66.0%(33/50)and 42.0%(21/50),and the number of patients with ectopic pregnancy were 2 cases and 5 cases,respectively.There was a significant difference in various indicators(P﹤0.01).Conclusion:Laparoscopy with triple therapy on barrenness from salpingitis was more effective,and is worthy of promotion.
