中药热奄包在急性胃肠炎中的应用

目的:探讨中药热奄包在急性胃肠炎中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年1月-2019年1月我院急诊科收治的急性胃肠炎患者126例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各63例,对照组给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组常规治疗和护理的基础上加用中药封包。比较两组的临床疗效,临床症状(腹痛、腹泻、呕吐)缓解时间,治疗后1 h、2 h、3 h、4 h疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、中医症状评分、白细胞(White Blood Cell,WBC)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)的变化。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹痛、腹泻、呕吐缓解时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后1 h、2 h、3 h、4 h VAS评分、中医症状评分、血清WBC、CRP水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药热奄包治疗急性胃肠炎可以提高临床疗效,改善症状,缓解疼痛,减轻炎症。

Treating acute gastroenteritis by hot pack with TCM medicine

Objective:To investigate efficacy of hot pack with TCM medicine on acute gastroenteritis.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,126 cases were divided into 2 groups,63 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given hot pack with TCM medicine more.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).The relief time of abdominal pain,diarrhea and vomiting in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P﹤0.05).At 1 h,2 h,3 h,and 4 h after treatment,the VAS score,TCM symptom score,serum WBC,and CRP levels in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Hot pack with TCM medicine on acute gastroenteritis shows good effects,can improve symptoms,relieve pain,and reduce inflammation.
