康复运动结合针灸治疗中风后遗症的临床效果观察

目的:探究针灸联合康复运动治疗中风后遗症的临床效果。方法:将2018年2月-2019年2月在章丘区人民医院接受治疗的60例中风后遗症患者,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组患者给予常规针灸治疗,观察组给予针灸联合康复运动治疗,分析两组患者临床疗效及神经功能情况。结果:治疗后,观察组临床总有效96.67%(29/30)高于对照组73.33%(22/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗前两组神经功能评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者神经功能评分(9.82±2.23)分显著低于对照组(13.72±3.85)分,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对中风后遗症的患者给予康复运动疗法联合针灸治疗,能够有效提升患者临床效果,改善患者神经功能各项指标,在临床中值得进行推广。

Clinical effect observation of rehabilitation exercise combined withacupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of stroke sequela

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercise in the treatment of stroke sequelae.Methods:Sixty patients with stroke sequela who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional acupuncture treatment,and the observation group was given acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercise,the clinical efficacy and neurological function of the two groups were analyzed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group 73.33%(22/30).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The functional score of the observation group(9.82±2.23)was significantly lower than that of the control group(13.72±3.85),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation exercise therapy combined with acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the clinical effect and improve the neurological function of patients with stroke sequelae,which is worthy of promotion in the clinic.
