研究中风下肢偏瘫患者实施中医康复治疗的临床疗效

摘    要:目的:本次实验将采用中医康复治疗措施对中风下肢偏瘫患者实施临床治疗,分析治疗结局。方法:本次实验选取了2015年1月-2017年12月在本院进行治疗的患者为对象,经过检查后均已确诊为中风下肢偏瘫,而符合实验要求的人数有64例,根据患者治疗的顺序,以单双数的形式分别进行不同方案的治疗。对照组采用传统治疗措施,观察组则为中医康复治疗,并分析生活活动能力、运动功能(Fugl-Meyer)评分等关键指标。结果:从护理质量上看,观察组患者在日常生活能力和Fugl-Meyer的评分上则优于对照组,患者在神经功能的评分上也有良好的表现,治疗效果显著。观察组改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分为(68.98±7.98)分,对照组则为(53.65±7.88)分,组间差异显著,具有可比性(P<0.05)。观察组Fugl-Meyer评分为(18.5±2.1)分,明显优于对照组的(25.6±1.2)分,这些指标都进一步说明了中医康复护理的临床效果,患者也表示肯定。结论:采用中医康复治疗中风下肢偏瘫患者有利于生活质量的提升,改善护患关系,提高依从性,可以进行推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effect of TCM rehabilitation on lower limb hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:64 patients were divided into different groups according to the order of treatment.The control group was given traditional treatment,while the observation group was treated by TCM rehabilitation.The life activity ability and Fugl-Meyer score were analyzed.Results:The daily living ability and Fugl-Meyer scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The neurological function scores were also improved,and the treatment effect was significant.The MBI score was(68.98±7.98)points in the observation group and(53.65±7.88)points in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer score in the observation group was(18.5±2.1),which was significantly better than(25.6±1.2)in the control group.Conclusion:TCM rehabilitation can improvve the quality of life,improve the relationship between nurses and patients,and improve compliance.
