研究N-乙酰半胱氨酸联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果

目的:探讨N-乙酰半胱氨酸联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果。方法:选择中国人民解放军南部战区海军第一医院100例2017年6月-2018年5月稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者。随机分组,单一治疗组采取沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,联合用药组则采取沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂+N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗。比较两组稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效;慢性阻塞性肺疾病症状改善时间、住院观察时间;治疗前后患者肺功能监测指标以及C-反应蛋白;不良反应。结果:联合用药组稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效、慢性阻塞性肺疾病症状改善时间、住院观察时间、肺功能监测指标以及C-反应蛋白相比较单一治疗组更好,P <0.05。治疗过程均未见明显不良反应。结论:沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂+N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病效果好。

Clinical effect of N-acetylcysteine combined with salmeteroticasone powder inhalation in the treatment of stable COPD

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of N-acetylcysteine combined with salmeteroticasone powder inhalation in the treatment of stable COPD.Methods:A total of 100 patients with COPD from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected.Patients in the monotherapy group received salmeteroticasone inhalation and those in the combination group received salmeteroticasone inhalation combined with N-acetylcysteine.The curative effect of stable COPD was compared between the two groups.Improvement time of COPD symptoms and time of hospitalization;indexes of lung function and C-reactive protein before and after treatment and adverse reaction were observed and compared.Results:Compared with the monotherapy group,the combination treatment group had better curative effect of COPD in stable period,improvement time of COPD symptoms,the observation time in hospital,monitoring index of lung function and C-reactive protein(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed during the treatment.Conclusion:N-acetylcysteine combined with salmeteroticasone powder inhalation has good effect in the treatment of stable COPD.
