| 摘 要： | 糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病严重的并发症之一,也是逐渐导致肾脏功能衰竭的原因之一,且发病率逐年上升。本文从DN的病机出发,认为"脾肾亏虚,瘀血内阻"为其常见基本病机,从脾虚、肾虚、血瘀三个方面,探讨健脾益肾化瘀法治疗糖尿病肾病机制,为以后临床提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is one of the serious complications of diabetes,and one of the causes of renal failure.Based on the pathogenesis of DN,this paper considers Pishen Kuixu(脾肾亏虚)and Yuxue Neizu(瘀血内阻)as the common basic pathogenesis.In this article,rationale of the Jianpi Yishen Huayu therapy(健脾益肾化瘀法)on diabetic nephropathy was analyzed from the three aspects of Pixu(脾虚),Shenxu(肾虚)and Xueyu(血瘀),in order to provide theoretical basis for future clinical practice. |
