茵栀黄汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗新生儿黄疸临床研究

目的:探讨茵栀黄汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗新生儿黄疸临床应用价值。方法:随机抽取我院于2017年1月-2018年1月期间收治的400例新生儿黄疸患儿,依据治疗方案分为对照组(常规治疗方案,200例)和观察组(茵栀黄汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗方案,200例),对比分析两组患儿治疗效果、治疗前后相关指标水平变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后血清同工酶、血清心肌酶、血清总胆汁酸、直接胆红素及总胆红素均低于对照组,且转铁蛋白(Transferrin,TRF)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗期间均未发生不良反应情况(P>0.05)。结论:针对新生儿黄疸应用茵栀黄汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗效果尤为显著,能够有效缓解患儿临床症状,使心肌酶与血清胆红素水平降低,同时提高转铁蛋白水平,有助于促进患儿身体快速康复,在临床上具有应用价值。

A clinical study on efficacy of the Yinzhihuang decoction plus bifidobacterium triple live bacteria on neonatal jaundice

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the Yinzhihuang decoction(茵栀黄汤)with bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria on neonatal jaundice.Methods:400 children were divided into the control group(conventional treatment)and the observation group(the Yinzhihuang decoction with Bifidobacterium)according to the treatment,200 cases in each group.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum isoenzymes,serum myocardial enzymes,serum total bile acids,direct bilirubin and total bilirubin were lower in the observation group.In the control group,the level of transferrin(TRF)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Yinzhihuang decoction with bifidobacterium triple viable is particularly effective,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms in children,reduce myocardial enzymes and serum bilirubin levels,and increase transferrin levels.It has clinical application value in promoting the rapid recovery of children’s body.
