博尔宁胶囊对大肠癌P21ras基因和mtp53基因蛋白含量干预的临床观察

目的:中药制剂博尔宁胶囊在临床应用中对癌症基因的表达的影响方面还较少有相关的临床观察数据。在细胞分子水平层次和采用基因芯片为代表的先进技术,多方位、多层次地揭示中医中药防治大肠癌的机制,比较、重组和筛选防治大肠癌的治法方药,成为进一步深入研究中医药防治大肠癌的迫切需要,所以采用此队列研究,对博尔宁胶囊联合FOLFOX4方案(奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙、氟尿嘧啶)治疗结肠癌进行临床观察。方法:随机分组中药制剂博尔宁胶囊联合FOLFOX4方案治疗大肠癌术后患者30例,单纯FOLFOX4方案治疗大肠癌术后患者30例,从治疗前后大肠癌P21ras和mtp53基因含量变化方面进行比较分析。结果:中药制剂博尔宁胶囊在大肠癌进展期或术后复发治疗中对抑癌基因有干预作用。大肠癌术后患者经博尔宁胶囊治疗后血清mtp53基因蛋白含量较治疗前明显降低(配对T检验,P <0.05)。血清P21ras基因蛋白含量较治疗前非常明显降低(配对t检验,P <0.01)。结论:研究证实博尔宁胶囊治疗大肠癌有提高肿瘤治疗的近期与远期疗效作用,对于大肠癌术后抗转移复发及延长生存期都有着明显的改善。具有提高机体免疫力,减轻化疗的消化道不良反应,提高患者化疗耐受程度。认为博尔宁胶囊能对大肠癌化疗耐药基因具有一定的逆转作用。

Clinical observation of Borning capsule on the protein content of P21ras gene and mtp53 gene in colorectal cancer

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Borning capsule(博尔宁胶囊)combined with FOLFOX4 on colon cancer.Method:30 cases of colorectal cancer were treated with Borning capsule combined with FOLFOX4,and 30 cases of colorectal cancer were treated with FOLFOX4 alone.The changes of P21 ras and mtp53 gene in colorectal cancer before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Result:The traditional Chinese medicine Boling capsule has an effect on tumor suppressor gene in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer or postoperative recurrence.The protein content of mtp53 gene in the serum of postoperative colorectal cancer patients treated with Borning capsule was significantly lower than that before treatment(paired T test,P<0.05).Serum P21 ras protein content was significantly lower than that before treatment(paired T test,P<0.05).Conclusion:The study of Boling capsule in the treatment of colorectal cancer has proved that it can improve the short-term and long-term curative effect of tumor therapy and significantly improve the postoperative anti-metastasis and recurrence of colorectal cancer and prolong the survival period.It can improve the body immunity,reduce the digestive tract side effects of chemotherapy,and improve the patient’s tolerance to chemotherapy.It is believed that Borning capsule can reverse the drug resistance gene of colorectal cancer.
