滋肾调冲汤治疗黄体功能不足性月经失调的临床效果分析

目的:探讨滋肾调冲汤治疗黄体功能不足性月经失调的临床价值。方法:对2016年6月-2018年7月本院收治的73例黄体功能不足性月经失调患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照治疗方式的不同分为研究组(37例)与对照组(36例)。对照组患者给予戊酸雌二醇及醋酸甲羟孕酮片进行治疗,研究组患者给予中药滋肾调冲汤,对比两组患者治疗后的疗效观察指标。结果:治疗后,经t检验,两组患者的临床证候积分及各项症状积分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);研究组患者的临床证候积分及各项症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的高温相评分(Hightemperature Phase Score,HPS)、黄体中期孕酮水平均明显高于治疗前,激素水平低于治疗前(P<0.05);研究组患者的HPS评分、黄体中期孕酮及激素水平均明显高于对照组,激素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾调冲汤治疗黄体功能不足性月经失调的疗效显著,可以有效延长黄体期时间,改善临床症状及体征,对促进患者快速康复有积极意义。

Efficacy of the Zishen Tiaochong decoction on menstrual disorder fromluteal phase defect

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the Zishen Tiaochong decoction(滋肾调冲汤)on menstrual disorder from luteal phase defect.Methods:73 patients were retrospectively analyzed and divided into study group(37 cases)and control group(36 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with estradiol valerate and medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets.Patients in the study group were treated with the Zishen Tiaochong decoction.Results:The clinical symptom scores and symptom scores in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P﹤0.05),and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P﹤0.05).HPS and mid-luteal progesterone levels in two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and the hormone levels were lower than before treatment(P﹤0.05).And those in the study group were better than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The Zishen Tiaochong decoction was effective on menstrual disorder from luteal phase defect,which can effectively prolong the luteal phase,improve the clinical symptoms and signs,and has positive significance for promoting the rapid recovery.
