| 摘 要： | 近十年文献几乎都将中医乳癖一词与乳腺增生症相对应,然搜寻古籍,进行病名溯源,发现乳癖一词指乳腺炎症或乳腺良恶性肿瘤,不同时期及同一时期文献对此内涵相互验证,与现今所言乳腺增生症并无对应关系。将乳癖一词与乳腺增生症相对应,笔者认为有一定不妥之处,故不揣浅陋,进行乳癖病名源流考证及其内涵探讨,以期与同道们共同提高。

| Abstract: | In recent ten years,almost all the literatures corresponded the term"rupi"with hyperplasia of mammary gland.However we found this term refers to mastitis or benign and malignant breast tumors by searching ancient books and tracing the origin of the term"rupi".Documents in different periods and in the same period verified each other’s connotation.There is no correspondence between"rupi"and mammary gland hyperplasia.Some scholar corresponded"rupi"with mammary gland hyperplasia,we are not totally agree with this opinion.Therefore we carry out a textual research on the origin and connotation of"rupi". |
