张培影从正虚邪实论治扩张型心肌病

张培影认为,扩张型心肌病之病机总在正虚邪实,提出"气阴两虚与瘀毒犯心并存"的创新理论,认为其病位主要在心,涉及肺、脾、肾等多脏腑。早期辨证多属心肺气虚兼感受外在毒邪,中期以心脾气阴两虚、痰瘀互结为主,晚期则心肾阳虚。治疗以多脏腑为靶点,兼顾虚实,总结出益气、解毒、调免、化纤的治疗原则,创立专病专方黄芪保心汤,缓解患者症状的同时更能改善长期预后。

ZHANG Peiying Treats Dilated Cardiomyopathy from the Method of Healthy Qi Deficiency and Lingering Pathogen

Professor ZHANGPeiying believes that the pathogenesis of dilated cardiomyopathy lies in the healthy qi deficiency and lingering pathogen.
