中医针灸法治疗中风后睡眠障碍的临床研究

目的:探讨中医针灸法治疗中风后睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年7月-2018年12月于我院就诊的中风后睡眠障碍患者98例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(50例)和对照组(48例)。观察组予以针灸治疗,对照组予以艾司唑仑进行治疗。观察分析两组患者治疗总有效率,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分及不良事件发生率。结果:治疗后观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医针灸法在治疗中风患者睡眠障碍中取得了很好的治疗效果,显著改善了患者的睡眠质量,不良事件发生率低,值得临床推广使用。

A study on treating sleep disorder after stroke by acupuncture

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture on sleep disorders after stroke.Methods:98 patients divided into the observation group(50 cases)and control group(48 cases)according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated by acupuncture and the control group was treated with estazolam.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The PSQI score was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture has achieved a good therapeutic effect on sleep disorders in stroke patients,significantly improved sleep quality,and the incidence of adverse events is low,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
