中医护理方案的应用对湿热下注型混合痔术后并发症的影响

目的:分析研讨中医护理方案对湿热下注型混合痔术后并发症的影响。方法:随机从我院2018年6月-2019年6月收治的湿热下注型混合痔手术患者中抽取60例,按护理方式分对照组(30例常规护理)和观察组(30例中医护理干预),比较护理效果,如并发症评分等。结果:术前、术后6 h、术后第1 d时,观察组视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后第2 d、3 d、4 d、5 d时,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术前、术后6 h、术后第1 d、2 d时,观察组水肿积分、出血评分与对照组比较,(P>0.05),术后第3 d、4 d、5 d时,观察组水肿积分、出血评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:湿热下注型混合痔患者接受手术治疗过程中给予中医护理方案干预,可显著降低并发症发生危险,利于身体恢复。

Efficacy of TCM nursing on postoperative complications of the Shire Xiazhu type

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM nursing on postoperative complications of the Shire Xiazhu type(湿热下注型).Methods:60 cases were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given TCM nursing.Results:There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before surgery,6 hours and 1 day after surgery(P>0.05).On the 2nd,3rd,4th,and 5th days after operation,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in edema score and hemorrhage score between the two groups before surgery,6 hours and 1 day and 2 days after surgery(P>0.05).On the 3rd,4th,and 5th days after surgery,the edema score and bleeding score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing on postoperative complications of the Shire Xiazhu type can significantly reduce complications and promote disease recovery.
