健脾升阳法治疗气血亏虚型后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效评价

目的:探讨健脾升阳法治疗气血亏虚型后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:纳入我院120例2017年1月-2018年12月气血亏虚型后循环缺血性眩晕患者。随机数字表分组,对照组采取常规药物治疗,健脾升阳组则采取常规药物加上健脾升阳汤治疗。比较对照组、健脾升阳组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、左椎动脉(Left Vertebral Artery,LVA)、右椎动脉(Right Vertebral Artery,RVA)血流速度和平均血流速度(mean Velocity,Vm)、眩晕消失时间、住院时间及不良反应。结果:健脾升阳组治疗后临床疗效、中医证候积分、眩晕消失时间、住院时间的改善较对照组更好,P<0.05。两组治疗后LVA、RVA血流速度和Vm较治疗前明显改善,P<0.05;两组治疗后平均血流速度相近P>0.05。健脾升阳组不良反应和对照组无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:常规药物加上健脾升阳汤治疗气血亏虚型后循环缺血性眩晕的效果理想。

The effects of the Jianpi Shengyang therapy on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo of the Qixue Kuixu type

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the Jianpi Shengyang(健脾升阳)therapy on treating posterior circulation ischemic vertigo of the Qixue Kuixu type(气血亏虚型).Methods:120 patients were enrolled and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional medicine;and the Jianpi Shengyang group was treated with the Jianpi Shengyang decoction more.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,LVA and RVA blood flow velocity,Vm,and the time of vertigo disappeared,hospitalization time and adverse reactions were compared in groups.Results:The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome,time of vertigo disappearance and hospitalization time in the Jianpi Shengyang group were better than the control group,P<0.05.The LVA and RVA blood flow velocity and Vm were significantly improved after treatment,P<0.05.The Vm was similar after treatment in groups,P>0.05.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:Conventional medicine plus the Jianpi Shengyang decoction are effective on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo of the Qixue Kuixu type.
