| 摘 要： | 目的:研究针刺疗法联合莫沙必利口服治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫(Diabetic Gastroparesis, DGP)的临床疗效。方法:将60例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组采用针刺疗法联合莫沙必利口服;对照组采用莫沙必利口服。疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组中医证候积分均有改善,治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后治疗组、对照组的生长抑素(Somatostatin,SS)、血管活性肠肽(Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide,VIP)、血清瘦素(Leptin,LEP)均有改善,水平均有下降(P <0.05);两组间对比,治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:针刺疗法联合莫沙必利口服治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效更加显著。

Clinical observation on treating diabetic gastroparesis by acupuncture plus moxabilium |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical effect of acupuncture plus moxabilium on diabetic gastroparesis.Methods:60 cases of diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.Acupuncture plus moxabilium were used in the treatment group.The control group received mosapride orally.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).TCM syndrome scores in both groups were improved,and those in the treatment group were better than the control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the SS,VIP and LEP in the treatment group and control group were decreased(P﹤0.05).And those in the treatment group were better than the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture with moxabilium on diabetic gastroparesis is more effective. |
