消肿止痛散外敷联合依托考昔口服治疗肩袖部分损伤的临床观察

目的:探讨消肿止痛散外敷联合依托考昔口服治疗肩袖部分损伤的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年2月共有46例患者入组,用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用消肿止痛散外敷联合依托考昔口服治疗,对照组采用单独依托考昔口服治疗;观察记录用药前、用药后2周、用药后6周视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS)及肩关节主被动前屈、外展及外旋角度,进行对比。结果:组内比较:两组患者用药后2周、6周同用药前临床功能差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);结论:消肿止痛散外敷联合依托考昔口服治疗能有效改善肩袖部分损伤患者的组间比较:与对照组相比,用药2周后实验组患者临床功能包括VAS评分及肩关节主动前屈、外展角度均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义,见表1(P均<0.05),被动前屈、外展及外旋角度、主动外旋角度无明显改善,差异无统计学,见表1(P均> 0.05);与对照组相比,用药6周后试验组患者临床功能包括VAS评分及肩关节主动前屈、外展及外旋角度均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义,见表2(P均<0.05),被动前屈、外展及外旋角度无明显改善,差异无统计学意义,见表2(P均> 0.05)。疼痛及肩关节功能,值得推广。

Clinical effect of external application of detumescent analgesic powder combined with oral administration of etopoxil in the treatment of rotator cuff injury

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of external application of detumescent analgesic powder combined with oral administration of etopoxil in the treatment of rotator cuff injury.Methods:A total of 46 patients were enrolled from January 2018 to February 2019.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method.Visual Analogue Scale VAS(Visual Analogue Scale VAS)and the angles of active and passive forward flexion,abduction and external rotation of the shoulder joints were observed and recorded before,2 weeks after and 6 weeks after medication for comparison.Results:Intra-group comparison:there were statistically significant differences in clinical function between the two groups at 2 weeks and 6 weeks after medication and before medication(all P<0.05).Comparison between groups:compared with the control group,after 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical functions of the patients in the experimental group including VAS score,active forward flexion of shoulder joint,and abduction Angle were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(table 1(P<0.05);the passive flexion,abduction,external rotation Angle,and active external rotation Angle were not significantly improved,and the difference was not statistically significant(table 1)(P≥00.05).Compared with the control group,the clinical function of patients with medication after 6 weeks included VAS score and shoulder joint initiative forward bends,outreach,and outward turning Angle were improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant,(table 2)(P<0.05),passive proneness,outreach,and outward turning Angle had no obvious improvement,there was no statistical difference,(table 2)(P>0.05).Conclusion:External application of detumescent analgesic powder combined with oral administration of etcoxil can effectively relieve pain and improve shoulder joint function in patients with rotator cuff injury,which is worthy of promotion.
