| 摘 要： | 目的:针对患有小儿肺炎的患儿,对其采用中药穴位贴敷治疗以后,对该治疗方法的临床效果进行分析。方法:在本院2018年5月-2019年4月随机对180例患有小儿肺炎的患儿进行研究,其中90例患儿采用常规治疗,记为对比组,其余90例患儿采用中药穴位贴敷治疗,记为观察组,对比两组患儿的治疗效率、症状消退时间以及生活质量改善情况、患儿在治疗过程中的依从度等。结果:观察组患儿的各项症状消失时间均优于对比组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的治疗总效率为94.44%(85/90);对比组患儿的治疗总效率为78.89%(71/90),对比可知观察组存在有显著优势,P<0.05,差异具备统计学意义。结论:患有小儿肺炎的患儿,对其采用中药穴位贴敷治疗以后,能够使疾病得到良好控制,改善其生活质量。

Efficacy of TCM acupoint application on pediatric pneumonia |

| Abstract: | Objective:The analyze the clinical effect of acupoint application on pediatric pneumonia.Methods:180 children with pediatric pneumonia were randomly studied.90 children were treated with routine treatment as the contrast group,and the remaining 90 children were treated by TCM acupoint application as the observation group.The treatment efficiency,time of symptom remission,improvement of quality of life and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of various symptoms was better than the contrast group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than in the contrast group,with statistically a significant difference.Conclusion:TCM acupoint application on pediatric pneumonia can control treatment,improve quality of life. |
