六君子汤加味治疗脾肾气虚型慢性肾脏病的疗效观察

目的:探讨六君子汤加味治疗脾肾气虚型慢性肾脏病(Chronic Kidney Disease,CKD)的疗效。方法:将我院肾内科2017年4月-2019年4月收治的70例脾肾气虚型慢性肾脏病患者根据随机单盲法分为两组。对照组给予常规西医综合治疗,中医组给予常规西医综合治疗联合六君子汤加味治疗,各35例。比较两组的肾功能指标及证候疗效。结果:治疗后,中医组的内生肌酐清除率(Creatinine clearance rate,Ccr)水平显著高于对照组,中医组的血肌酐(Serum creatininie,Scr)水平、尿素氮(Blood Urea Nitrogen,BUN)水平显著低于对照组,P <0.05;中医组的各项证候积分及总积分均显著高于对照组,P <0.05;中医组的证候有效率显著高于对照组,P <0.05。结论:对脾肾气虚型慢性肾脏病患者在常规综合治疗基础上又给予六君子汤加味治疗,能够显著减轻临床症状,延缓肾功能损害,提高临床疗效,值得推广。

Efficacy of the Liujunzi decoction on chronic kidney disease of the Pishen Qixu type

Objective:To explore the curative effect of the Liujunzi decoction(六君子汤)on chronic kidney disease of the Pishen Qixu type(脾肾气虚型).Methods:70 patients with chronic kidney disease of the Pishen Qixu type were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019.They were divided into two groups according to random single blind method.The control group was given conventional western medicine,and the TCM group was given conventional western medicine with the Liujunzi decoction.Results:After treatment,the Ccr levels in the TCM group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the Scr and BUN levels in the TCM group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P﹤0.05.the syndrome scores and total points in the TCM group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P﹤0.05.The syndrome effective rate in the TCM group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P﹤0.05.Conclusion:The Liujunzi decoction with conventional comprehensive treatment can significantly reduce clinical symptoms,delay renal function damage,improve clinical efficacy,and is worth promoting.
