PBL教学模式在普通外科专业教学中的应用

摘    要:研究普通外科开展PBL教学对学生掌握普外科知识及临床思维、团队意识培养等综合能力的促进作用。随机选取同年级的PBL教学实验班40人和传统教学对照班40人,PBL教学实验班的普外科教学采用PBL教学方法,对照班采用传统教学方法。采用考试成绩和问卷调查相结合的方法,进行教学效果的评估。PBL教学实验班学生的期末考试成绩与传统教学组的学生有明显统计学差异(P <0. 05),PBL实验组在选择题、名词解释与简答题及病例讨论题的平均分均高于传统教学组,且PBL实验组的团队意识、临床思维能力及教学满意度也明显高于传统教学组(P <0. 05)。PBL教学模式不仅能促进学生对普通外科基础知识的掌握,而且对学生临床思维等综合素质的培养显著优于传统教学模式。

Abstract:Problem-based learning(PBL) model in the teaching of General Surgery arms at enhancing students’ knowledge and clinical ability in general surgery as well as team spirit. The author selected 80 students from 2016 clinical department according to the test results. The experimental group( Group A) and control group( Group B)adopted "problem-based learning model( PBL)"and "lecture-based traditional education model( Lecture-based learning,LBL)" respectively. Students’ examination results and questionnaires were used to evaluate both teachings. The findings showed that Group A’s final examination scores are significantly different from those of Group B( P < 0. 05),the average scores of Group A in multiple choices,definitions,short-answer questions as well as case discussions are higher than those of Group B. Additionally,Group A’s team corporation and clinical thinking ability are better and their satisfaction with teaching is higher compared with those of Group B( P <0. 05). This paper summarized that PBL teaching model can not only promote students to master the basic knowledge of general surgery,but also are significantly superior to the traditional teaching model in cultivating students’ clinical thinking and other comprehensive qualities.
