银翘散加藿朴夏苓汤治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效观察

目的:分析小儿手足口病患儿给予银翘散与藿朴夏苓汤联合治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月威海市妇幼保健院接受治疗80例手足口病患儿临床资料,随机分成两组,每组40例,对照组予常规方案,观察组给予银翘散与藿朴夏苓汤联合方案,将两组临床效果及相关时间指标对比。结果:观察组临床总有效率95.00%(38/40)高于对照组77.50%(31/40),差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组发热消失(2.10±0.85)d、皮疹消退(4.02±0.92)d和住院时间(4.02±1.16)d均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿手足口病给予银翘散与藿朴夏苓汤联合治疗,能够有效缩短患儿症状消退及住院时间,提升临床疗效,具有一定临床应用价值。

Clinical observation of Yinqiao Powder and Huopo Xialing Decoction in treating hand,foot and mouth disease in children

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of combined treatment of Yinqiao Powder(银翘散)and Huopo Xialing Decoction(藿朴夏苓汤)in treating children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,80 children with hand,foot and mouth disease were treated in our hospital,the clinical data were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given a routine plan.The observation group was given a combination of Yinqiao Powder and Huopo Xialing Decoction,and the clinical effects and related time indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that of the control group 77.50%(31/40).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had fever disappeared(2.10±0.85)d,rash subsided(4.02±0.92)d and hospitalization time(4.02±1.16)d was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yinqiao Powder and Huopo Xialing Decoction can effectively shorten the symptom regression and hospitalization time in treating children with hand,foot and mouth disease,it can improve clinical curative effect,and it has certain clinical application value.
