| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法:将158例患者随机分为两组,治疗组107例采用病变棘突旁纵形小切口改良微创手术配合术后早期主动训练加中药瘀麻痛消汤治疗,对照组5l例采用常规小切口手术后口服VitB<,1>和西乐葆治疗.结果:术后随访6月至2年(平均1.2年),结果总有效率治疗组为92.5%,对照组为70.5%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01).结论:改良棘突旁小切口微创术结合瘀麻痛消汤与早期功能锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe clinical effect for the treatment of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP) with combination of traditional chinese and western medicine. Methods: One hundred and fifty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group(107 cases) were treated by modified minimally invasive surgery together with initiative exercise and Chinese herbs to be taken orally.
