超声多普勒对人体主动脉血流速度波形畸变的研究

摘    要:本研究应用超声多普勒对存在非线性因素(强扰动)的8例患者(主动脉瓣关闭不全)的主动脉,进行分段逐点测试血流速度波,并与8例健康受试者为对照进行前瞻性研究。结果表明:病人组主动脉各段均测及1~3个突然出现的畸变血流速度波形,畸变波高尖陡峭,其峰值流速PFV172~248cm/sec,畸变波在血管内的传播有一定规律性,认为这可能是血流“激波”。病人组主动脉流速波形的其它指标与正常对照组比较均存在明显变异(P<0.01)。

Abstract:In order to study blood flow-velocity waveform of the arterial system and shock wave,ultrasonic Doppler echocardiography was applied to detect point by point the blood flow -velocity wave of the aorta of 8 patients who suffered from the aortic value incompetence complicated with nonlin-er factors (strong harssment) and vhe detective results were compared with those of 8 normal subjects. The results showed that there were 1 to 3 blood flow - velocity waveform distortion in the different parts of the patients' aorta. These distortional waveforms were sharp and steep,and their peak flow -velocity was 172 to 248 cm/sec. It seemed that the spread of the distortional waves in the blood vessels obeyed an uncertain regularity and these waves was considered as the shock waves. The other data of the blood flow -velocity waveforms of the patients' aorta were also different from those of the normal subjects'(p<0. 01).
